ABOUT YOUR COACH

VANESSA MUNOZ

Owner Vanessa Muñoz is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and former NFL cheerleader for the Houston Texans. She cheered on the sidelines from 2010 to 2013. Voted by her peers as MVP in 2013, she was also chosen to represent her team in Hawaii at the 2013 ProBowl. Fitness became an integral part of Vanessa's life in 2012 when she was introduced to the art of sculpting the body through functional movement. She earned her personal training certification through ACE in June 2018. That passion fueled the desire to motivate others to feel the same!

Vanessa is currently the trainer for the Houston Texans Cheerleaders (seven seasons) and was a group fitness instructor at ONESWEAT (six years).

Fuerza Fitness HTX is committed to being a community hub of fitness and wellness in Houston.


With a mix of personal training, group fitness classes, and Latin-music dance-classes, we create an inclusive space where every client feels challenged, motivated and encouraged.


Our mission is simple: help you build strength that lasts—inside and out.


Whether your goal is to train smarter, move better, or simply enjoy a fun sweat, our coaches bring energy, expertise, and passion to every session. Our goal is to create impact in our community- to ensure that working out isn’t just a once-in-awhile accomplishment, rather, it becomes habitual and part of your lifestyle.

What We Do

Group Fitness

Join us Saturday at Highline Park (located in MKT) for an outdoor 45-minute HIIT-style class hosted by Vanessa! Expect fun music and a challenging class that is guaranteed to make you feel like a badass. Please bring your mat, water, and a sweat towel. NO BURPEE GUARANTEE!

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training session. Each session will vary in focus: Upper, Lower, Core, or Full Body, and will be tailored to your goals and current fitness level. Includes an optional 5-minute stretch at the end of each session.

Dance Sessions

Ready for a different type of cardio? Learn some fun choreography to get your heart rate going. Dance like no one is watching and enjoy letting your hair down! One- on- one session.
