"I began personal training with Vanessa in October of 2017 for a six-week transformation program. I had been fairly active in sports and dance, but never really worked out. I would walk into a gym and be lost. Vanessa’s program was wonderful because she not only taught me my way around the gym, she also taught me how to use my own body weight to workout. Obviously, working out is critical to see change in your body, but Vanessa also taught me how to change my eating habits. I was by no means on a “diet” during the six-week program; rather I learned to adjust my eating habits and make substitutions as needed. This was one of the best things that I learned because I continue those eating habits today. 

Vanessa is caring and attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far she can push them. She encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet she knows how much I am capable of. Vanessa is incredible!"

"I have been working with Vanessa Munoz for 6 months now. She came to me through my good friend, Debi Martin, at the 711 gym in Pennzoil Place. Debi and I have been working out together for several years and have become good friends. When she suggested Vanessa, I jumped at the chance because I really did not know exactly what machines, exercises that I should be using.

Since I’ve been using Vanessa’s exercises I definitely see a difference in the clothes I wear and in my stamina. I am much stronger and can move through the exercises so much better than I did when first implementing them.

“I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Vanessa. I reached out needing help with fitness training geared to help with accomplishing a goal. From the beginning she was knowledgeable and informative about how the training would go. This was my first time having a personal trainer and my training was geared to exactly what I needed. It was very helpful with her being open and available to any questions I had, and also supporting and encouraging me throughout my physical journey. In addition to physical training Vanessa also provide nutritional help and Pro Cheer Prep. I love how the workouts were put together based on my level and then continued to progress. The workouts were always challenging but didn’t overly push me to hurting myself. I know that Vanessa’s training was a game changer in my preparation. I saw real results and increases in my body that I couldn’t achieve for so long by myself.”
